Pricing: Prices for our packages (Student, Basic, Standard, Professional, Business, etc.) are listed on our website and are subject to change with notice.
Payment: You agree to provide valid payment information. If a payment request is rejected or denied, your access to premium features may be suspended.
Renewals: Monthly subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing cycle.
Refund Policy:

You agree not to use the Service:
To publish content that is unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, or otherwise objectionable.
To upload viruses, malware, or any other malicious code.
To use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose (including phishing or scamming).
To attempt to reverse engineer or hack the ThinkPro platform.
Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.
Subdomains: If you use a free subdomain provided by us (e.g., user.thinkprobd.site), you acknowledge that ThinkPro retains ownership of the subdomain address. We may reclaim or change subdomains if necessary (e.g., for trademark claims).
Custom Domains: If you map a custom domain (e.g., www.yourname.com) to our Service, you are responsible for purchasing and renewing that domain from your registrar. ThinkPro is not responsible for domain loss due to non-payment to your registrar.
The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, themes, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ThinkPro and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of Bangladesh and foreign countries.
In no event shall ThinkPro, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
Any content obtained from the Service; and
Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location, or that any errors or defects will be corrected.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal disputes arising will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
